Terms and Conditions

for The MV Shannon Princess

Introduction

To give you security in these uncertain times, Shannon Princess can confirm amendments to Terms and Conditions as follows. For any new bookings made up to September 30, 2020 for cruises in 2020 or 2021, you may reschedule your cruise at any time up to 30 days prior to departure if certain COVD-19 related government regulations will or are likely to prevent travel to the barge.

Terms & Conditions

For new bookings made from July 22 to September 30 2020 for cruises in 2020 or 2021, Passengers may reschedule their cruise at any time up to 30 days prior to departure in the event that specified COVID-19 related government regulations will or are likely to prevent travel to the barge for that cruise. Specified government regulations are

  • A Travel Advisory due to COVID-19 for the destination country from the government of the Passenger’s country of residence, either at Level 4 (advising against all travel) or Level 3 (advising against all but essential travel).
  • Border closures or enforced quarantine due to COVID-19 which are put in place by the government of Ireland and are applicable to the Passenger.
  • COVID-19 related regulations put in place by the government of Ireland make it impossible for the cruise to operate as scheduled.

In the above circumstances, the Passenger will be permitted to change the booking to a future cruise of a similar value on the same barge. No admin fees will apply. In all cases, rescheduled travel must be completed by end 2022. All other Terms and Conditions apply, and these amendments are subject to change.

Outside of Covid 19, normal Terms and Conditions apply
